The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads for the company.

Rosedale International Education Inc. (RIE) is a global education and technology provider based in Toronto, Canada, with a mission to reshape the future of worldwide education.
RIE owns and operates Rosedale Global High School, which partners with international schools and government organizations to deliver the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)program locally, using collaborative in-person programs and digital technology.
A Day in the Life
- Monitor and analyze website performance highlighting areas for improvement both in usability and in conversion
- Produce and deliver weekly, monthly quarterly performance reports to help inform the broader marketing team with insights. Own organic and paid traffic KPIs and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across relevant channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPI targets. Collaborate with teams to conduct keyword research (SEO), ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive global SEO strategy, framework and roadmap to elevate the discoverability of the website and drive new leads across different geographical markets, use cases, and transactional keywords or interests.
- Work closely with the content and revenue marketing teams to refine website strategy based on content and CRO prioritizing the drive for conversion
- Work with the education and sales teams to understand ideal customer profiles, use cases, and how to integrate into content and website strategy
- Coordinate with external and internal teams to ensure Paid and Organic search strategies are complementary and symbiotic
- Work with external teams to ensure technical components of the website are optimized. Review site architecture strategy with SEO as the foundation (URL structures, meta tags, structured markup, robots.txt, etc.)
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and expertise with the customer journey
- College or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is an asset.
- Experience working in the education industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO/CRO tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Ahrefs, Hotjar, GA4, GTM etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance and creative thinker who’s not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Adaptive ability to work closely with internal or external stakeholders to create visually compelling marketing campaigns and funnels.
- Strong project management and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities or projects can shift quickly.
